Chef Pavel has been baking European fare for 35 years. Born in the Czech Republic, Chef studied culinary cuisine in kitchens all over Europe. He immigrated to the USA 20 years ago and continues his culinary journey as owner and Chef at Cremesh European Restaurant in Bradenton Florida, and by baking bread, pastries, cakes, and catering for parties of all sizes. His passion for baking has brought him great success in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Chef prefers not to use fondant or gum paste on his cakes, instead he pipes fresh flavored cream or he can create a smooth polished finish using flavored Butter Cream.

Our standard wedding cakes are 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling. We will work with you to custom create a cake to reflect the theme of your special day. The most important feature for us when designing a cake of your dreams is the taste! As for price, it is impossible for us to price a wedding cake until we know your needs.
